Course Outline
Day 1: Foundations of Stategic Presentations
Morning Session 1: High Impact Presentation Basics
- Speaking with authority: voice projection, pacing, tone, and modulation.
- Executive presence: posture, eye contact, and purposeful movement.
- Using positive and strong language
- Taking the stage: initial short presentation with feedback.
Morning Session 2: Structuring a High-Impact Management Presentation
In the second session, we will look at non-verbal skills such as body language and tone of voice. We will see how to use a friendlier approach in both emails and face-to-face interactions. Finally, participants will practice responding effectively to both email and face-to-face enquiries.

Afternoon Session 1: Delivery, Storytelling and Slide Deck Design
- Delivery practice

- Peer and trainer feedback on structure, clarity, and delivery
Day 2 - Handling Pressure & Boardroom Dynamics
Morning Session 1: Time Management and Rehearsal
- Time management techniques for short presentations
- Using an AI coach to improve time, tone and clarity.
Morning Session 2: Handling Pushback, Questions, and Interrogations
- Why committees ask tough questions - and how to respond.
- Buying time
- The "PREP" model: Structuring answers under pressure.
- Techniques for de-escalation and reframing.
- Practice: Responding to hostile or skeptical questions.
Afternoon Session 1: Impromptu Speaking and Crisis Moments
- Building and projecting composure and credibility on the spot.
- Delivering elevator pitches and snap summaries.
- Impromptu Speaking Drill
Afternoon Session 2: Mock Boardroom Delivery Practice
- Each participant delivers a 10-minute formal board presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
- Feedback on message clarity, tone, persuasion, and handling of questions.
- Personal improvement planning and final coaching tips.
