The programme begins with a clear, jargon-free explanation of generative AI, its capabilities, common misconceptions and the mistakes untrained users often make.

Morning · Module 2

AI-Assisted Business Writing

Participants enhance everyday writing through smart prompts that improve quality while preserving control over the final result.

Research with cited sources.

Afternoon · Module 3

Personalisation and Data

The workshop progresses to personalising ChatGPT, interrogating documents, working with data and audio, and applying the techniques in a business simulation.

Afternoon · Module 4

Multimedia Workshop

Participants combine free AI tools to produce multimedia content for presentations, promotions and social communication.
