Emile Alexander Dodds is the lead trainer for Caledonia Language and Training Services.

Originally from Scotland, before making Malaysia his home, Emile worked in the United Kingdom, Turkey, Romania and Singapore.

With over 20 years in English language training under his belt, Emile specialises in language training for corporate clients. Previous clients include Bank Negara Malaysia, Bank Islam, iCIMB, Shell, IBM, Canon, Maxis, UKM and many more.

He has carried out training in business communication, business writing, grammar, presentation skills, customer service and general English. Emile's ethos as a trainer is that learning must be enjoyable, but it must also include hard work. He encourages course participants to be analytical, but also to have fun and be expressive. More recently, during the COVID pandemic, he has gained experience training groups online.

Emile has written a book entitled From Manglish to English and maintains various websites, including roadtogrammar.com.
